Attendance: Kathryn Alexander, Kabir, Jonathan Machen, Alex Wilson, Julie Morris, Loretta Milcarek, Jeff Yegian, Gene Langlois, Jim Harrington, Tammy Lynn.
Julie reported that the rent check box in the wash house was broken into. Residents whose rent checks were stolen will not be charged late fees. Bank fees related to the situation will be reimbursed with a statement from their bank describing the stop payment and fee amount. The issue of residents who paid using money orders is being considered further. The rent box will be discontinued. Residents will be advised to have their rent sent in by mail, dropped at Hast in person or automatically withdrawn.
There are actions being taken against supposed drug trafficking in the park.
Julie has begun speaking to residents about their cats needing to be supervised when outside and that roaming cats might be trapped.
Alex and Julie will further discuss the plan for “stump park” and then report to Loretta.
A resident needs to acquire a building permit to continue working on their porch cover. In addition, the cover needs to be completed in two months.
Resident is requesting permission for a new shed behind her house with a cement patio in between the house and the shed. The committee feels that they need more information regarding how close the shed will be to the creek and how big the patio will be. For the time being, permission is denied.
The home in lot #83 is under contract to be sold in October.
Discussed the EcoPass survey residents had filled out previously. There were few residents who responded and those that did had no interest in paying for the EcoPass.
The person having the garage sales at the wash house every weekend must remove their garage sale signs and may not put them back up. Any garage sales located at the wash house need to be taken down each night.
Loretta reviewed the financials.
Respectively submitted,
Lori Anderegg
