Attended: Kathryn Alexander, Alex Wilson, Gene Langlois, Tammy Lynn, Jim Harrington, guest Kabir.
Resident Requests
A resident requested permission for a companion animal and has a doctor’s petition to do so. Permission granted.
A resident has been granted permission to build a fence so long as it meets City Code.
Resident’s Suggestions
A resident has suggested a change in the Mapleton Mobile Home park name to deter people from coming to our “park”. Jim Harrington pointed out that no decision can be made on the issue until after the sale of the park.
He has also made suggestions for signage.
Management Company
Discussed again researching other management companies and requesting bids.
Kathryn reported that Homeowner’s Associations can sell a resident’s home without permission for non-payment of dues. Noted that it is possible for MHA to become a true Homeowner’s Association.
Pets
It will be incorporated into the Rules and Regulations that there is a limit of two cats per household and all animals must be registered with the MHA.
Park Infrastructure
Alex has drawn up a proposed fence to go along the road south of the bike path where the ditch runs under it.
Respectfully submitted,
Lori Anderegg
