Loretta, new Mapleton budget
Rent delinquency report
Loretta discussed a Budget Comparison Report. She explained that the individual lot rents could change from the budgeted amount due to sale of the home. Discussed the need to track Capital Expenses and therefore define "Capital Expense".
Discussed Lot #35B and the need to decide its fate.
Discussed the process to remove abandoned home. The VIN number cannot be found.
Discussed the wash house usage as compared to the costs involved with running it.
Discussed collections and how to handle and/or prevent these situations in the future. She is sending two reminder letters. One resident has a plan to pay in January and another is expecting to be able to pay soon. A policy needs to be set for non-payment.
Speedbumps will be installed later this year and will be announced in the next Mobilizer.
Rules and Regulations- discussed signage both in the wash house and in homes/lots; two staired exits on each home
